Feature: Build out Action Plan Landing Page #137
Description
From the Family Plan, there is a button that connects to "Action Steps." This section needs areas for text boxes with button links below (Hazard information, emergency contacts, reunification plan). Underneath, there are two tabs "Action Check List" and "Action Updates"
Action Check List: We want to create a to do list with boxes that can be checked, saved, and text fields that can be added, edited, and deleted as needed.
Action Updates: We want to have a board that can timestamp updates, including the user who made those updates shown by it, entries can be added and edited as needed.
