Documentation is crucial to enabling operators who wish to deploy the EmergencyServicesBot. If you find any relevant areas in the documentation that could benefit from updates, improvements, more detail etc., please provide your inputs in the form of modification to the existing README.md or by creating subdocuments for identified areas. We are also open to the idea of adding entries to the project Wiki where applicable.
