A problem downloading this

Although my internet connection is stable, this is what's happening to me.
I used the Windows operating system with a 64-bit architecture.

Sorry, the multiplayer feature is currently only available to users in Chinese Mainland and may not be available in your region.

I downloaded it over two weeks ago, after making some recent changes to my device i want to re-download it, but nothing is working.

Please check whether Terracotta is running in the background as a daemon process with Windows Task Mamanger. If it's indeed running, kill it forcely and retry in HMCL. If an error still appear, check your proxy configuration as it might block HMCL from accessing Terracotta daemon process.

However, even if you successfully enter the main page, Terracotta | Multiplayer is only available in Chinese Mainland due toregulation requirement for now. A couple of issues have to be resolved first before supports for other countries / regions can be published.

All proxy settings are currently disabled and there are no background processes named Terracotta.

Please find a solution to this problem.
