Configure and Validate Associations Model

Now that the associations model is stable, we need to find a configuration in which it produces reasonable results. This is a threefold task:

• Determine how to mathematically describe items and patterns that are not significant; we need to reduce the volume of patterns as much as possible without loosing valuable relationships.
• Configure the model to be both runnable (low patterns output) and searchable (low associations output).
• Determine a method for validating that the results of our model are reasonable and helpful.
