Switch from modal CNContactPickerVC to custom table view picker

The modal view coming up is annoying and limiting (can't pre-select self; can't see numbers).

Would be nice to replace with a VC using CNContactStore and unified CNContacts with the "best" number or something to that effect.

Still need to have a button for groups.

Still need to re-select contacts that are already chosen when editing contacts and not re-add them if they're selected again.
