[BUG] Ore generation

Hi i have a issue with ore generation becouse i dont have any gt ores and minerals, i tried everything:without other mods,changing launcher or editing configs and still doesn't work for me, last time i used mod it works well ( something abaut november ) i want to solve this quickly, i can send you logs or something 
edit: i also tried few of 1.12.2 forge versions
