Package cfg_dir too

Hi,

I'm trying to create a PEAR package with a cfg directory and so, I want to put it into the pear package as well as data or www files. 

There is some logic in phix using the `content` variable to move data, bin, php and www files into the pear defined location.

But unfortunately cfg files are missing.

Would be cool if you could add this as well
