Add verbosity (-v, --v Level) to ‘nomos status’ command #2007

Describe the feature
‘nomos status’ pulls information from various components/pods within the cluster over different namespaces, such as: config-management-system and resource-group-system. And if there is a failure somewhere, it is complicate to pinpoint where the issue lies.
Verbosity would help identify whether an underlying issue is occurring on the system.
