[Open on Backpack] Add support for War paint

# I'm submitting a feature request

* **What is the current behavior?**
The user script doesn't  support **War paint**

* **What is the expected behavior?**
The user script creates an icon to open a new tab with that item on the backpack.tf site.

* **What is the motivation/use case for changing the behavior?**
It will be more helpful :smiley:
