A QS command for this would be good. Right now what I use to prevent things like that is GriefPrevention and GriefPrevention Flags. It has a 'noenterplayer' flag that can be used to keep individuals out of certain claims, if permissions are given to players to use that particular flag. It may work for you in the meantime if you use GriefPrevention already.

It can limit the amount that a single player can buy/sell from a limited shop.

Command is /qs limit <amount>, -1 is removed limit from the shop.
Permission to use this command is quickshop.limited
