Easy Change Would Allow Microsoft Account Selection

If you add prompt=select_account as one of the query attributes in the URL on this line of code, Microsoft will ask the user which of their accounts they want to login to instead of assuming.

Thanks for your comment, the new api has been using this for a while unfortunately the new api is taking much longer than I initially expected. This will indeed be added in the new api.
