Improvments in Swash Wrapper postprocess_case function #77
Description
It would be desirable to add these improvments to postprocess_case function in Swash Wrapper:
- Add overwrite_output and overwrite_output_postprocessed
- Watlev removed from default_parameters to avoid huge output_postprocessed.nc
- If output_vars cotains a variable present in output.nc it is included in output_postprocessed.nc
