Improvements for swash_wrapper

1. Allow an option to skip saving output.nc during postprocessing.
2. Add a dx parameter to animate_case_propagation to cross simulation output with depth.
3. Add a monitoring flag to print the number of completed simulations. The end of the simulations can be checked using the norm_end file.
