Improve wavespectra dependecy in bluemath #60
Description
In some cases, installing bluemath can be complicated due to its dependency on wavespectra. Since wavespectra is not widely used in many metamodels, it would be desirable to allow installing the bluemath pip package without this dependency.
One possible solution would be to add an installation flag to optionally exclude wavespectra.
It would also be desirable for the bluemath installation instructions to specify that a C++ compiler is required to install bluemath.
