Shipping PDBs for release builds will enable end application/API users to debug issues with their own usage and possible bugs inside PresentMon. Will also be convenient when receiving ETLs etc. of PresentMon runs (will provide an easy repository of PDBs to match whatever release the trace was taken with). Would also enable parsing of stack traces within log entries from Release builds (currently unintelligible, but we could enable post-processing w/ PDB, or runtime awareness of PDB).
