Port homeworkplanner onto mobile Flutter & Dart base from the .NET logic. The goal for this milestone is providing basic functionality that was already present in the previous version, without making things as perfect as they could be. With this agility model in mind, several features are going to be missing from this release, but (almost) everything needed to use the system as it was previously will be ported and made available.
