Fork to maintain the repostory #64

Hi all,
Since there has been little activity on this repo in the last year or so, I went ahead and created a fork where I hope to fix existing issues and merge existing PRs, as well as maintaining compatibility with the latest Neovim versions. The repo is here: https://github.com/vandalt/NotebookNavigator.nvim/.
The goal is only to keep things going while @GCBallesteros is busy and I'll be happy to merge everything back at any point.
