A few relevant things to this issue, which should have been and will soon be better documented/taken care of:

• This script no longer exists. Per commit history on terrapkg/website it has not for years in favor of the one-liner install command.
• The Terra website and indeed the documentation itself have been moved, to https://terrapkg.com and https://docs.terrapkg.com respectively. Relevant PR: chore: Remove Terra pages since they have a new home #398. The new docs will be updated to reflect this.
