Refresh annotation

An annotation to refresh paths/routes is still missing:

• either @Refresh
• or add a refresh param (default = false) to invalidateRoute and invalidatePath; this option is cleaner and has my preference.

this is no blocker for 1.0, right? i want to release ;-)

i would prefer @Refresh. its more explicit, and invalidate is purge so it kills variants, while refresh does not.

Just feels a bit incomplete, but it’s no blocker and can wait until 1.1.

and it certainly is no BC issue.
