Scheduled Message is shows as "most recent" message with old timestamp

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Send a message "X" to person P right now at time t1
2. Schedule a message "Y" for time t2
3. Go back to overview list of all messages

Expected behavior

For person P, I see message "X" as the last message sent at time t1

Actual behavior

For person P, I see message "Y" as the last message sent at time t1 (not t2!)

For person P, I see message "X" as the last message sent at time t1

Scheduled message "Y" at time t2 is the expected behavior for the main screen conversation preview. The timestamp logic was broken due to a quick fix, but never fixed:

Scheduled messages need a better indication on the main screen, but that will be a different issue.
