Delay Updating Recently Used Emoji

Feature description

Delay updating the Recently Used section in the emoji picker until user switches back to the keyboard.

Why do you want this feature?

I am a very emoji oriented person, and I text quickly, so I often tap different emojis in the emoji picker as quickly as I tap letters while typing. The Recently Used section in the emoji picker is a must-have, and makes using emojis much easier. However, when I try to tap multiple emojis in quick succession, I fail to use the correct emojis becuase as soon as I tap an emoji, the entire Recently Used section reorganizes as that emoji is moved to the beginning.
