Description
Can we access your project?
- I give permission for members of the FlutterFlow team to access and test my project for the sole purpose of investigating this issue.
Current Behavior
Hello everyone,
I am facing a critical issue with a FlutterFlow project and have been completely blocked for about 13 days.
What is happening:

In the FlutterFlow Desktop app, when I try to open the project, the app freezes and locks the entire computer.

In the Web version, the project does not open and shows an Out of Memory error.

I tried accessing the project using Safe Mode, but it does not open either.

The project is totally inaccessible.
Important information:
- The issue has been happening for approximately 13
days.
- I already opened a support ticket (Ticket #60715898).
The issue was acknowledged by support and forwarded to the engineering team, but no timeline or concrete update has been provided so far.

Other projects open normally.

I requested the project to be reverted to the beginning of December 17, 2025, since it was working fine until that point (the issue started after that), but no action has been taken yet.
Impact:
I rely on FlutterFlow for my work. This is my only active, production app, and I am completely blocked, already starting to lose clients because I cannot access the project to make fixes, updates, or maintenance.
If anyone from the team or the community has experienced something similar, or if someone from FlutterFlow can help escalate this case or provide guidance, I would really appreciate it.
I would also like to ask: Does FlutterFlow provide an SLA for paid plans?
I am currently on the Growth plan, and I have been waiting without any estimated resolution or clear position.

What have you tried so far?
I have already opened a support ticket (Ticket #60715898).
The issue was acknowledged by FlutterFlow support and forwarded to the engineering team, but no estimated timeline or concrete update has been provided.
I followed up multiple times requesting an ETA, but I have not received any response or timeframe.
I also tried accessing the project via:

Other projects open normally. This issue appears to be specific to this project.
Expected Behavior
Good morning, I'll also report it on GitHub. But to this day, nothing yet, no estimate, and they haven't even replied to my email. And I didn't have a backup because I thought the tool would never stop working like this, without even being able to access the project!
