Azure ChatOpenAI Tool does not support models latest openAI models like 5.4-mini and nano (BLOCKER due to model retirements by Azure)

Describe the bug

No options to use newer models using the Azure OpenAI tool.

The related #6028, where you did it, is not usable.

To Reproduce

• have Azure Credentials
• in a chatflow/tool AzureOpenAI, select the credential. No option for 5.4, and even if empty (works for others),
  I get a timeout from the chat.

Additional context

I currently use Azure OpenAI/Foundry for the chatflows, which works well.
Given the upcoming model retirements, I need to offer newer models to my stakeholders as soon as possible.

Please fix or explain a solution that would work with low effort.
