Launch app via keyboard shortcut

Hey guys, couldn't find an alternative for this, even after trying some plugins... **I want to launch the windows terminal with** _**ctrl+alt+t**_, raycast recently launched an beta version for windows with this feature but the app runs on webview and is not as good as flow launcher :\
