BUG: "Notepad" search results shows 2 entries, first one can't be launched and can't be hidden or removed

• I am using the latest version of Flow Launcher.

• I am using the prerelease version of Flow Launcher.

Problem Description

Searching "Notepad" shows 2 results, that refer to the same app or .exe ("C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WindowsNotepad_11.2508.38.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\Notepad\Notepad.exe"). But the first result does not launch the app while the second one does. This bug does not have a fix because the first result cannot be hidden so the second one is the only one shown in the results lists

To Reproduce

1. Search "Notepad"
2. Try to launch the first result shown on the screen
3. Try to launch the second result shown on the screen
   The second one launches Notepad app normally, while the first results does not
