Live camera feed of snapshots from the boat #51
Description
The user should be able to view a live feed from the PiCamera on board of the FishPi vessel. The first step is to enable continuous snapshots, which will satisfy this ticket.
Next steps will include implementation of video mode, single picture mode, and various logging features.
