Tasks

• Literature review (U-Net, SAM, etc.)
• Curate and annotate training/validation dataset (IR + optical)
• Document classical baseline (current FlameTrack method)
• Train and evaluate first model prototype

Acceptance Criteria

• Dataset prepared and documented
• At least one ML model trained and evaluated on held-out data
