@rjan90 : I assume you'll do the first pass on triaging?

Also, it seems like it would be great if we had an agent wakeup whenever one of these fail to do the first pass of attempting to triage the issue (and even proposing a fix if it think it can). If you agree, maybe we create an M4.5 backlog item?
