Backup the fastcgi-developers mailing list

The contents of the fastcgi-developers mailing list are at risk of disappearing or becoming inaccessible on the web. I only know of two copies:

• https://fastcgi-developers.fastcgi.narkive.com — This appears to be the last copy that can be found through web searches. However, it doesn't have a link for downloading the entire archive in mbox format.
• Gmane — However, it is only accessible via NNTP.

FastCGI-Archives should place a copy of the mailing list in a Git repository (possibly with email addresses redacted), and host a HTML version on GitHub Pages.

i'm ok with the idea, but i don't know how to export this archives and expose it in github...
