Some books and manuals cannot be inserted into Chiseled Bookshelf

The following books will not go into a vanilla Chiseled Bookshelf. My guess is they are missing the "minecraft:bookshelf_books" tag. I also guess that you can fix that with a datapack or whatever is being used in place of CraftTweaker these days.

• Powah (Manual) "powah:book"
• Food Book "solcarrot:food_book"

Expected behavior: books and manuals should be able to be shelved in a vanilla Chiseled Bookshelf.

If i run across any more manuals/books/guides that won't go in the chiseled bookshelf, I will add comments here.

No, I have not modified the pack; I started it at 1.11.1 and just updated it to 1.14.1.

Looks like this may be happening as the books dont have the book tag on them
