Concerning shared save data

Currently, shared save data is not filtered or verified in any way, meaning malicious actors may send large amounts of data via the save data changes system. This could potentially cause a fatal memory overflow on the server side.

I am unsure how we might remedy this, or if we even need to. The blocklist and allowlist may be enough to deter malicious actors.
