Disassemble the NuxtSSR component #73
Description
The NuxtSSR component went under the radar and largely replicates the behavior of the WebServer component, with the major difference being the addition of CloudFront in front of Application Load Balancer (ALB).
Logic for provisioning the CloudFront distribution should be migrated to a dedicated component, while the NuxtSSR should be deprecated and excluded from the v2 release.
