Action Performed:

  1. Log into New Expensify as an admin.
  2. Attempt to open a specific expense report.
  3. Observe the error message.
  4. Log into Expensify Classic.
  5. Navigate to the same report.
  6. Confirm that the report is visible and accessible in Classic.

Expected Result:

The admin should be able to access the same report in both Classic and New Expensify.
Report visibility and permissions should be consistent across platforms.

Actual Result:

In New Expensify, the admin receives the error: “Hmm... it's not here. This chat or expense may have been deleted or you do not have access to it.”
In Classic, the report is accessible without issues.
