@dubielzyk-expensify would love your input here. Currently we have the Page Header, Feed Selector, Filter/Settings Buttons, and Search input all fixed on mobile, which seems like too much to me. I think we should probably just have the feed selector OR the search input? Might be worth noting that on Categories (for example) we only keep the page header and the action buttons fixed.

Yeah I'm personally fine with only fixing:
A) header + feed selector + buttons
B) header + feed selector only
C) just the header

I lean C probably just because the feed selector and buttons aren't part of the header but rather part of the main content. I could also go B.

Let's go for option C and see if anyone complains about it! IMO seeing the content is more important than seeing these actions ALL the time (since obviously they will always be available if you scroll up anyways).
