Summary
In Windsurf, third-party extension panels such as Cline and Codex cannot be moved to the secondary sidebar (right panel), whereas this is easily achievable in VS Code and Cursor.
Current Behavior
- Extension panels (e.g., Cline, Codex) cannot be dragged or moved to the right (secondary) sidebar in Windsurf.
- There is no "Move to Secondary Sidebar" or equivalent option available via right-click or any menu.
Expected Behavior
- Users should be able to move third-party extension panels to the secondary sidebar (right panel), in the same way VS Code and Cursor allow this.
Steps to Reproduce
- Install a third-party extension that provides a side panel (e.g., Cline or Codex).
- Attempt to move the extension panel to the right (secondary) sidebar.
- Observe that there is no option or drag-and-drop support to do so.
