Enhancement - skill naming - have a sub-marker to designate sub skills vs the core commands

For new users (and others juggling too many balls) it can be hard to remember which skills are core and which ones exist to run from those.

So instead of everything being:
/ce-name

Maybe doing (just one idea, have not thought about better naming methods too much yet):
/ce-name - for core tools
/ce-t-name - for sub-tools

Then it's easy for users to distinguish between core skills to run, and specialty ones.
