It would be helpful to have a section or be explicit about if context should be cleared, or a new session should be used for any of the core steps. Some of the sessions can run a long time (Especially with 1M context). So not always sure when things should get compacted, cleared or kept through the process.
Second to that, at the end of each process, maybe the agent could suggest to do next step in the same session, compact or clear and what the next step is.
