If you have Skia4Delphi installed in your IDE, this option is provided by Skia4Delphi itself. Otherwise, you must install it first.
To enable it, right-click on the project name

If you installed Skia4Delphi after installing StyledComponents, the related packages that use Skia4Delphi were not compiled/installed in the IDE. Either reinstall StyledComponents or manually recompile/install the packages: load packagegroup: 2.Vcl.StyledAnimatedComponents.groupproj found in StyledComponents\packages\D10_2, run build-All, and then Install the design-time packages, which installs the missing resource.

why to recompile skia?
I recompiled skia but

I updated your source now I get an Error On the Demo whic I did not have befor

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but I don't always test older versions of Delphi, and there's actually a problem recompiling the Demo.
Change StyledDbNavigatorFormOld.pas at line 246 from:
EditStyledButton(TStyledNavButton(Sender));
to
EditStyledControl(TStyledNavButton(Sender));

For SKIA I reccomend to use their Installer, because the Packages are built and copy to Embarcadero folder so when compiling other packages like StyledAnimatedComponents they can be found in the right place.
If you don't want to use SKIA change MainDemoForm.pas at line 199 from
{$IFDEF DXE7+}
to
{$IFDEF SKIA}
