Duplicate audits created

Describe the bug
Yesterday I created a new audit for UIC - RED - las.uic.edu and just noticed that I see it appearing three times in the Audits.
They have slightly different number of blockers identified yet if I click on them, but the Last scan datetime is the same on both from the Audits view and also the same after clicking on them.... one scan time seems to be the start and the other the scan complete time, but both of the similar audits match. However it seems that they have different unique identifiers.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. I deleted an existing audit for UIC - RED - las.uic.edu because it was created with a manual CSV upload
2. I then created a new audit with the same name UIC - RED - las.uic.edu
3. I remember feeling like it saved and started scanning before I clicked the button, so perhaps I accidentally confirmed with the keyboard??
4. Scan started going and was showing the view with the chart in progress
5. I clicked on the Audits at the top of the page and could see the one running
6. Today, I used the share button to email a link to some colleagues
7. I created another new audit for UIC - RED - cssr.las.uic.edu
8. I realized that there were three audits showing the same name of UIC - RED - las.uic.edu

Expected behavior
We would expect one and only one showing up when we create an audit or share it.
