This is our College's main website and I provide tech support for our site admins and editors.
Checked back on it today and currently shows ~1.8 million blockers. With format ABC123 which seems like you are using for a blocker short ID, there are 17,576,000 combinations, it seems likely the app would end up with matches.

@sfrozman Yup, you nailed it- we're definitely having some issues with identifier namespace collision using the short ABC123 blocker ID format, and actually are aiming to have a fix in this week (see our issue tracking thread).

A quick update on this issue, I noticed that my original scan was showing incomplete instead of a perpetual spinning progress indicator... that seemed good. I ended up deleting that audit and creating a new one using the CSV Feed URL.
That scan completed with a similar number of URLs to the original stuck scan, BUT it now has ~14k blockers on ~3k URLs instead of millions of blockers.... definitely more manageable.
