Additions to limit plot #3
Description
I workshopped the plot with Matias Zaldarriaga and Marc Kamionkowski, and had a couple of really valuable bits of feedback.

For the limits that are just points (as opposed to a stair), add horizontal bars to indicate the width in k of each limit(probably as ‘error bar style’). Would need to look them up in the literature, but in addition to more information it would allow us to use smaller symbols or unfilled symbols (such as small circles).

In the symbol labels below the figure, list the instrument then reference the paper. So instead of Dillon et al. 2014, it would be one of the following: MWA 32T (Dillon et al. 2014); or MWA 32T [1]; or MWA 32T^1 with the footnote reference appearing in the figure caption. This has the advantage of letting the observer see which instrument made the various measurements without digging up the papers.
