server can't exit when server have worldedit

• I am NOT using a fork of WorldEdit, such as FastAsyncWorldEdit (FAWE) or AsyncWorldEdit (AWE)

Bug Description

When I installed WorldEdit, my Fabric server could save the world normally but could not properly shut down the server process. Uninstalling WorldEdit caused no issues at all, and there were no warnings or errors from the server throughout the process.

Expected Behavior

exit server normally

1. install worldedit
2. start server
3. stop server

You might theoretically be running into #2955, which has already been fixed. These sorts of issues only impact a tiny tiny portion of machines, so if you're running into something different than the previously linked issue you'll need to provide more information. I cannot reproduce any shutdown hanging issues across any devices or servers I have access to.

I am not very familiar with the JVM. The server system is debian14.2.0-19. This server is a panel server, and the provider restricts changes to any directory other than /home/container. I am not sure if this affects this bug. I don't know how to operate to get console information like #2955, but I think it should have the same problem as it.（I used Bing Translate）
