Divide content in developer docs into "developer workflow" and "coding style" documents

The current text in docs/developer_guide/architecture_quickstart.md is a bit of a mix of telling people how to do development and about the MUSE2-specific coding style. It would be cleaner to have separate "developer workflow" and "coding style" documents.
