Make locations in the locations list yellow if they're not actually in logic #349

What feature would you like to see?
If you have access to the Quintar Reserve, but you don't have the Dione Shrine pass, the check in the shaded nook should be yellow in the location list instead of blue, because Regionsanity does not expect you to walk through a region you don't have the pass for. You can just walk to it if Regionsanity is not Extreme, but no matter what version of Regionsanity, it would be out of logic with no Dione Shrine pass (or the owl).
