Add Boss-killing bundles so that bosses aren't only a level requirement, which can be tough depending on which jobs you get #346

What feature would you like to see?

(Gran especially has been called out as a problem boss)

These bundles would be sets of equipment, possibly spells or even jobs (like Reverse Polarity and Scholar for Gran). If equipment goes into these bundles, it can be removed from the item pool elsewhere. I don't think I'd remove jobs from elsewhere; that might be confusing if the player is trying to find where the job is. Ideally, I'd like these bundles to have multiple loadouts to help you kill bosses that give hints on what strats are good for the different bosses. The contents of each bundle would be decided at generation time so that the equipment picked can be removed from the pool, and so that if we implement features like limiting what jobs you have, the bundles won't give you Scholar, e.g., if you've removed it through other settings.
