i changed the hotkey to Right Click. now every time i pick up or place down an animal with the CarryOn mod installed, hearts will pop up. is there anything you could do about that? if not, could you introduce a new option with the following choices: "pet while standing or sneaking", "only pet while standing", and "only pet while sneaking". this should get rid of the problem when picking them up. although hearts will still pop up when placing them down, since you can do that while either standing or sneaking. but it shouldnt be too hard to workaround.
