500 ERROR when adding ORCiD values to the authors

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Logged in with my account
2. Going to edit material I created: https://tess.elixir-europe.org/materials/linux-containers/edit
3. Added ORCiD values to the authors
4. On saving, I cannot access the resource https://tess.elixir-europe.org/materials/linux-containers - I can revert going back to edit and remove the ORCiD values

Expected behavior

Save the ORCiD values and show the icon and links in the material
