Description
For really small RCS burns, rotating the ship to point along the node's vector can be impossible because rotating the ship changes the burn vector...
We could just translate along the burn vector without changing the ship's facing. We could even try to calculate what thrust we have in that direction, though it feels unnecessary to worry about timing if the burn really is small.
