Same rule with 2 IDS #19
Description
Hi,
The below rule is same but has 2 rule IDs because of which it is getting reported twice though the code smell occurs only once in the code.
Reset Content Descriptor Node - 'Message Domain' under 'Basic' is not set (see Properties).

This seems like a bug.
