ICON-XPP CMORizer

• PR: Add on-the-fly CMORizer for ICON-XPP #2659
• Variable mapping table ("extra facets"): this should be sufficient for most variables.
• Actual fix code: necessary for more complex variable derivations

interesting variables to be analyzed for land parametrisation:

• 'assimi_gross_assimilation_box' (gpp)
• 'hydro_w_soil_column_box' (total column soil mois)
• 'seb_t_box' (surface temp)
• 'rad_rad_srf_net_box' (net radiation)
• 'seb_latent_hflx_box' (latent hflx)
• 'seb_sensible_hflx_box' (sensible hflx)
• 'hydro_evapotrans_box' (evapotranspiration)
• 'pheno_lai_box' (lai)
• 'wtr_rootzone_box' (total water available in rootyone)
• 'wtr_rootzone_avail_box' (available water for the roots inside the rootyone)
• 'wtr_soil_sl_box' (water content per soil lazer)
• 'ice_soil_sl_box' (ice content per soil lazer)

Added LAI and GPP. Since it's an untuned run, just comparing general behaviour and order of magnitude to see if it's fine!

For my tuning purposes, I would be interested to look at time series + global maps of the variables that are llisted in the comment from Lukas (above).

Additionally, I would like to have plots that can be used to investigate the soil moisture-evaportation-precipitation feedbacks/interactions. These plots are a bit more advanced. We can draw some examples from this paper: https://www.pnas.org/doi/epub/10.1073/pnas.2314265121

As of now globally, but I would potentially also want to look at some regions later on. Probably defined by climate regions and/or Whittaker biomes.
